Signalling Conversions

Description The ASC500SA is a wall mounted single circuit signalling unit with plug top mains power supply which provides conversion from a simple telephone or loop-calling device (ROLI mode) and from a PABX extension telephone port or similar device (RILO mode) to AC15A, AC15C, manual 2280Hz, DC5A, DC5C and manual E&M signalling. The unit operates with DTMF and 10pps pulse dialing and supports battery disconnect clear and time-break recall. The ASC500 is designed for simple user setup with multicoder selection of ROLI/RILO mode & audio port configuration and single pcb links for other options. The E & M signalling leads are designed to interface with UK DC5 equipment and can readily be configured to operate with North American type I and II standards. The ASC500RM is a plug in 48V dc powered extended eurocard version suitable for installation in the EA11024B 12-slot 19 inch 3U high mounting shelf or equivalent approved housing.
