The VDNA4000 is a 900:600 Ohm POTS splitter card, compliant with ANSI T1.413 and G.992.1, G992.3 and G992.5. Each card has standard level 2 protection against power crosses and surges. With the emergence of ADSL2+ and VDSL enhanced services like video, the Splitter is a vital part of the network. With cross-talk better than 70dB, distortion introduced from adjacent channels is virtually eliminated. The 4000 Series Splitter shelf was specifically designed to fit the dimensions of an ETSI rack. With front mount connectors, the 4000 series shelves can be mounted back to back or against a wall, eliminating the need for swing shelves. Cards are available for both POTS and ISDN and compliant to ADSL2+ and VDSL technology. Options are available to provide level 2 protection against power crosses and lightning surges, greatly reducing the need for manual intervention and an expensive truck roll.
