One Access Gain MEF and MEF 14 Certification

OneAccess have achieved Metro Ethernet Forum MEF 9 and 14 Certification Validates Service Performance and Compliance of Carrier Ethernet Equipment.


OneAccess, a leading European provider of multi-service access routers and Ethernet access devices (EADs), today announced it has achieved MEF (Metro Ethernet Forum) 9 and 14 Certification. 

The Certifications define a global standard to measure and enforce premium carrier Ethernet services, and verifies that OneAccess’ products are MEF-compliant and adhere to service performance and traffic management specifications in the delivery of competitive, triple-play services (voice, video and data).

MEF 9 serves as a test suite for conformance of Ethernet services and equipment when deployed at the UNI, and MEF 14 provides managed QoS backed by service level specifications for carrier Ethernet services.
