Microtel Strengthens Sales and Support Team
Building upon 35% year on year growth over the last three years, Microtel has now moved to strengthen the Sales and Support teams with two key appointments.
Joining the Sales Team with Key responsibility to grow carrier sales is Lee Palmer. Lee has 20 years of sales experience working for JTEC, Axerra and RAD Data Communications.
John Larkin, Sales and Marketing Director stated, “RAD Data Communications is a key partner of Microtel’s and is a key part of the vision for the companies future growth and that Lee with his extensive knowledge of the RAD product portfolio which spans over 500 products and his successes in the carrier market both in the UK and Ireland will be a tremendous asset”.
Joining the support team with responsibility for pre-sales technical support is Nick Sharp. Nick joins Microtel after 10 years working with Telspec in product development.
Nick joins a team that already possesses extensive knowledge covering Digital, xDSL, IP, VoIP, Ethernet and Analogue technologies. Mike Giles head of Engineering said “With increasing demands on the department to engineer end to end solutions for our customers it was paramount that we strengthened this function and Nick joins at a very exciting time in our business”.
